While the NS35 remains a versatile choice for standard setups, the NS45 steps up the scale and capacity. It offers a larger footprint for more demanding LED screen configurations without sacrificing the clever design features that make NEXT Truss an industry favorite.

The NS45 isn’t just a larger version of its predecessor; it’s a powerhouse built for the “bigger is better” era of live events. By moving from a 287 mm profile to a 387 x 387 mm square profile, the NS45 provides significantly increased stability and load-bearing capacity.

• The integrated, freely rotatable center chord absorbs rotational forces internally. By preventing force transfer to the main truss, it significantly increases load capacity.

• The NS45’s 50×4 mm bottom center tube allows for direct LED screen mounting. This centralizes weight and simplifies the rigging process.

• Built with 50×4 mm main tubes and 20×2 mm braces, this construction ensures maximum durability for heavy touring or fixed installations.

• The center chord design provides more trim height than traditional LED trusses, offering essential extra clearance.

• Narrow aluminum plates replace tube bracing to create more space for the fast positioning of clamps, motors, and slings.
