Description
NEXT Truss Tower Erecting Systems are designed as smart add ons for safely lifting mast sections on NT40 and NT50 Tower setups. These portable systems assemble quickly and offer a reliable way to lift towers to its working heights.Each system uses a strong main frame supported by additional bars that form a stable triangular structure. It mounts directly onto the Sleeve Block and is secured to the truss with ratchet straps.
A pulley is integrated at the top of the frame to guide the hoist chain. Attach the hoist to the base, connect the hook to the mast section and the tower can be raised smoothly and with full control. Setup and takedown are straightforward and fast. On average a tower can be erected in around twenty minutes. Every configuration requires one one ton rigging hoist and two sets of ratchet straps.
This makes the Tower Erecting System a practical solution for building towers above ten to twelve meters in height when no crane is available on site.
