On the occasion of the Prolight+Sound exhibition in Frankfurt, NEXT launches a new series of entertainment hoists: the StageLIFT series.

The range is designed to meet more demanding expectations for higher safety in the entertainment industry. The motors are available as D8+ hoists in capacities of 250kg, 500kg and 1000kg, with both direct and low voltage control.

Robust body
NEXT StageLIFT hoists are engineered in Germany and feature a rubust body with durable fiber reinforced covers for very rough handling and challenging transportation. The hoists are light and compact and offer ergonomic carry handles for a user-friendly experience.

Easy to service
All hoists are easy-to-maintain modular designed devices. All critical parts like the chain guide and load wheel, electronic board, the brake and the motor, are easily accessible with standard tools. The gearbox is maintenance-free for the whole lifetime of the hoist. NEXT StageLIFT come standard with an extended 2 year’s professional warranty.

Safety
All bearing components of the hoists are well protected against overload by means of a slip clutch. The hoists come with a steel chain guide plate to ensure a jam-free chain feeding. A black chain is standard and can be ordered in different lengths from 12 to 24 meters. NEXT StageLIFT hoists are engineered and manufactured in Germany by Yale for the highest safety and quality standards.

D8 and D8 Plus hoists
In standard finish, the motors are rated D8+ in accordance to SQ P2 (2018). However, they can be delivered as conventional D8 hoists featuring single brake.
